Information about the staff…

The Executive Chef, Andy Maglione, brings 25 years of culinary experience to Ryan's Pub in Monroe Township. Experience that took him from a small pizzeria in Verona, NJ, to being Production Manager at Seton Hall, owning his own restaurant in Forked River, and being the Executive Sous Chef in Atlantic City and Executive Chef at the Newark Airport Sheraton. Even with all that he has achieved he still likes the intimacy of cooking in small venues, making Andy and Ryan's Pub such a perfect match.

The Director of Operations, Rich, honed his management and service skills working in top-rated restaurants in New Jersey, including Artisan's in Toms River and Johnny Carino's. He has owned and operated multiple concessions locations in Ocean County, and earlier on, worked as corporate trainer in charge of opening a new franchise location for Charlie Brown's Steak House. Rich focused his schooling on business management and marketing and holds various certificates of training in bartending and mixology.
