Modern palates will truly be inspired by Hotoke’s Asian fusion and traditional dishes. Our contemporary menu is inspired by traditional Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes enhanced with French, Latin and Mediterranean accents. Hotoke utilizes fresh local ingredients with an emphasis on all natural produce, fish & meats. Among our bevy of signature cold dishes are Crispy Rice Cubes Topped with Spicy Tuna; a Trio of Tartare served with Avocado Puree & Truffle Pearls; an Asian-Latin inspired White Fish, Shrimp & Mango Ceviche; and Carpaccio of Filet Mignon with Wasabi Cream. Signature dishes from the kitchen include Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass Skewers; Duck Confit Dumplings; Roasted Five Spice Long Island Duck; Slow Braised Bulgogi Short Ribs; 28 Day Aged Strip Steak served with a creamy Tonkatsu Sauce & Balsamic Pearls; Faroe Island Salmon with a citrus miso glaze; Wok Fired Ginger Scallion Twin Lobster Tails, Duck Confit Fried Rice; and Short Rib Udon Noodles. And most importantly, not to be outclassed by the kitchen, our sushi chefs present some of most inventive signature rolls as well as premium fish including Yellowtail, Toro, Octopus, Snow Crab and Uni.
