New Brunswick legend Alfredo is BACK! Alfredo has been delighting people with his culinary masterpieces since 1972, and if you weren't in the area "back in the day," or were wondering what the fuss was about when you hear about New Brunswick's legendary chef—now is you chance!
Alfredo has been on television, with a six episode series of cooking shows, and he also gives cooking classes in the Tuscany region of Italy. He gives tours of the vineyards, shops and scenic area in Italy, and teaches you to cook in the classic northern Italian fashion.
Open for lunches Tues – Fri 11:30-3P & family style dinner Sundays 11-4PM. Chef Alfredo, famous for his group cooking Tour to Italy, is back in New Brunswick again! Alfredo's boasts home made pastas, antipastas, Italian style salads, paninis & his famous tiramisu & homemade cheesecakes.
